MINDFUL ENGLISH: Making English a Daily Ritual

When most people think of a ritual, they think of certain cultural traditions such as bowing, secret society handshakes, or the Japanese tea ceremony.  They may think of religious ceremonies like baptisms, weddings, or Bar Mitzvahs.  Since ritual involves very specific gestures and/or words which are performed in a mindful way (with full attention), why not consider making English a daily ritual?  Here is the first in a series of tips meant to show you the way to the daily practice of mindful English.
